About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, curious Marketing Executive who can run campaigns, think in systems, and stay ahead of how AI is reshaping search, content, and advertising. You will work across SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and brand storytelling, while staying current with how LLMs and AI tools are changing the marketing playbook.
This is a full-stack marketing role. You will own deliverables end-to-end, coordinate with design and development teams, and contribute directly to client growth across multiple accounts.
Core Competencies
- Marketing Strategy — Funnel thinking, campaign planning, audience segmentation, and KPI setting
- Branding — Brand voice, visual identity guidelines, positioning, and messaging frameworks
- SEO — On-page, technical SEO, keyword research, content strategy, GSC and Ahrefs
- Meta Ads — Campaign structure, audience targeting, creative direction, and ROAS optimisation
- Google Ads — Search, Display, PMax, Quality Score, bidding strategies, conversion tracking
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi-channel paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads with clear ROAS targets
- Own SEO deliverables including keyword strategy, on-page optimisation, and monthly performance reporting
- Develop and maintain consistent brand voice across all content and communication touchpoints
- Create ad copy, landing page briefs, and creative direction aligned to each campaign objective
- Analyse campaign data weekly and surface actionable insights to improve performance
- Coordinate with design, content, and development teams to execute campaigns end-to-end
- Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and platform algorithm updates regularly
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards for clients and internal reporting
AI & LLM Marketing Knowledge
The marketing landscape is being restructured by AI. We want someone who understands these shifts — not just uses the tools, but thinks about the strategic implications for brands, search, and content distribution.
What we expect you to know:
- GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation)
- AI Overviews in Google Search and their impact on organic traffic
- LLM brand citation and visibility (how brands appear in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini responses)
- Prompt engineering for content and ad creative workflows
- AI-assisted ad creative generation
- ChatGPT / Gemini / Claude for day-to-day marketing tasks
- Perplexity and SearchGPT impact on SEO strategy
- AI-powered audience segmentation tools
- n8n / Zapier AI workflow automation
- Automated reporting with AI tools
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with provable results
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads — you can set up campaigns independently
- Working knowledge of SEO tools: Google Search Console, Ahrefs or SEMrush, Screaming Frog
- Strong English writing skills — you can write ad copy, briefs, and reports yourself
- Comfortable using AI tools daily for research, content drafts, and campaign ideation
- Analytical mindset — comfortable with spreadsheets, UTM tracking, and attribution models
- Experience managing or coordinating multiple client accounts is a plus
- Basic understanding of WordPress is an advantage
Good to Have
- Prior experience in a digital agency environment
- Familiarity with WordPress, landing page builders, and basic HTML
- Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar)
- Active presence in marketing or WordPress communities
